We are within walking distance from all Salford University campuses, only 2 miles from Manchester City Centre with a great transport link into the city you can enjoy what the city has to offer from a nice night out to the cinema or a meal at a lovely restaurant, with many bars and plenty of shops you will be spoilt for choice.

The houses all have a garden which is maintained by our gardeners so you can have the luxury of resting in the garden without any of the hard work to keep it maintained. All communal areas of the Apartments are cleaned on a 3 weekly basis to keep them well maintained and bright for you to come home to. The site has free ample parking for tenants, with parking in front of most of the houses. The Village is gated for that extra security and has CCTV 24/7 making it ideal for both Students and Private tenants.

Waterside Residential Village has an onsite office with 4 staff which consist of 2 office staff and 2 maintenance staff and we believe that this is what contributes to our excellent reputation for having good quality accommodation, with helpful and friendly staff. We are also part of the Landlord Accreditation Team so we are able to take on people in certain circumstances and we work closely with Salford City Council to help re-house people.
