Accommodation comprises of modern purpose built apartments and houses ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms set in a four acre site with ample outdoor space, private and communal gardens, and lots of additional facilities such as 24/7 security, on site management and maintenance staff, and free wireless broadband.

The houses all have their own garden whilst the flats have access to communal gardens, which are maintained by our gardeners, so you can have the luxury of resting in the garden without the hard work. The site has free ample parking for tenants, with parking in front of most of the houses and flats. The Village is gated for extra security and has CCTV 24/7 making it ideal for both students and private tenants.

Waterside Residential Village has an onsite office with 4 full time staff, 2 based in the office and 2 for maintenance, and we believe that this is what contributes to our excellent reputation for having good quality accommodation, with helpful and friendly staff.
