Letting details
Each house/apartment is let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Contract. A deposit of 1 month’s rent is required per person and this will be held for the length of the contract and refunded at the end of the tenancy as long as the property is left in a reasonable state. Any breakages or damages will be taken from the deposit.

Student tenancies run for 12 months, although we also offer 6 month tenancies for private tenants.
