Letting details

Each house/apartment is let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Contract. A deposit of 1 month’s rent is required per person and this will be held for the length of the contract and refunded at the end of the tenancy as long as the property is left in a reasonable state. Any breakages or damages will be taken from the deposit.

Prices

Prices depend on the size and type of accommodation. A 2 bed flat costs from £69.14 p/w over 42 weeks, equivalent to £54.23 per week per person for 12 months. A 3 bed house with garden is £74.29 p/w per person over 42 weeks.

Students have the option of remaining in the property in the summer months for no additional charge, or vacating. Private tenancies are for 6 months or 12 months, though we sometimes provide short term lettings (1 or 2 months) during the summer.

The price quoted is for a fully furnished property which includes blinds or curtains, sofa, chair, fridge, cooker, washing machine, dining table & chairs, beds and wardrobes and desks for students. Some properties are available un-furnished.
