“Caroline & I have been at Waterside Village for nine months. We find the girls who manage the site to be very helpful & very friendly. They always deal with issues promptly. The maintenance guys are also very friendly, they always explain what they are doing when repairing things. I feel safe & secure at night, knowing that the gates are automatically closed and the only way into the entire estate is with a fob. This stops any strangers roaming in. It’s the best place to live in Salford!”
